Very very nice informative young lady running the tiny shop. As she found out, I am an experienced tripper who recommended the Hawaiian for myself and Mexican for my ex. After the best bud in the world from Homegrown (Flashback) 2 g's for 10 euro! We wandered over to Niewmarket 'cause my fav. Chinese restaurant is there but was closed (right by Hill St. #2) anyhow, stopped in some other nasty Chinese place and the waitress was weird. Shaking our table and looking crazy, so when in Rome. We ate the caps with our overpriced rice. Then off to the races- went back to Dam Square and on the way ran into (literally) a construction worker laying mortar on the bricks looking as freaky as we were feeling. She thought he was going to pull a knife but he was just doing his job! Best of all, went to Madame Tussaud's wax museum. My 11th trip to the kingdom of the Netherlands but first time in the wax museum. Go trippin' it is the best! But the worst part was the damn George Bush at the podium for tourist pics. The greatest part of my trip was looking out the huge fisheye window that looks directly down Damrak facing Centraal Station. This was the most beautiful moment for me. Trippin' overlooking the same spot where 10 of us enjoyed a Millenium extravaganza on Dec. 31, 1999 - Need I say more.
