Bebop

Bright little shop with a strain menu selection that is more up to date than the rest of Leiden shops but has the highest prices too. Staff were pushy and rude, tried Bio Skunk €9 very tasty and smooth. Probably wouldn't return here.

To get some haze I visited coffeeshop Bebop. The man gave me some Strawberry Haze and SSH. Smoking a joint of Strawberry Haze was not what I expected of it. The taste was awful. I took a good look at the weed and it was filled with seeds. Very small and not yet totally grown seeds, just visible with the naked eye. After having a look thru the good old microscope I found out the buds where filled with small seeds and cannot be smoked. So I went back, got bawled out and threatened that they will go tot the police. First I asked the man if he could give me some new buds. After he did not want to give me some new gear I raised my voice a bit and told him, "I came here to buy some sensimilla, do you know what that means? No seeds". Then he raised his voice and told me I was swearing at him, so hard everybody could hear it. After that I asked him if he was going mad or something. He turned the tables around and after that he got on with, "I have got you on cam and will go to the police". I was completely shocked and left. What a brutality.

Good, open and airy, but with only a small sitting space.

Went to Leiden on a whim. Coffeeshops were hard to find so we asked in a smart shop once we were done sightseeing and asked. Bebop is around the corner from Leidsplein. Although it is about the same size, it is arranged totally differently, with little to no place to sit; kind of like a take away thing. We walked in behind two guys who were obviously great friends of the staff, because it was like a family reunion. Everyone ran around the counter and were embracing each other and shouting happily. They said one guy had just had a baby. Bought some Pavarti Cream (nice!), the new father recommended I go to Delft as well. Didn't have time then, will go next time.
