I have recently went to amsterdam, and found a little gem, in Landsmeer, a few kms north of Amsterdam, a small coffeeshop called De Break. This place is moderately sized, a small menu, 2 grasses,2 hashes, very fairly priced. This place is a bit hidden from the main street, and entirely local, the people there made us feel welcome. The second time we went there,I was just going to get a joint to smoke, and one of the locals says "a joint, sit down son I'll show you how to roll your own". I tried to tell him that I knew how, but he wouldnt take no for an answer. So, we sat down, he was talking half english/dutch, he got me so stoned, then he took my wife & I to the local pub(De Goode Stek)and basically he and half of the town partied with us til the wee hours. In a nutshell,De Break, good coffeeshop, good tostis, good people.
