On a train from Paris to Amsterdam we were stranded in Rotterdam due to that big ass storm in January. Stumbled on this place walking from train station. The staff were not all that nice and the place was way too bright. However, their weed was exceptional and the prices weren't too bad. Their Power Plant and Super Silver Haze were the best of those strains that I had all trip!

This shop is now open again (thanks for the reason Greg!) and it is one of my favourites in the whole of Rotterdam. It is full of regulars and part timers. It is a nice open shop where you can watch the world go by. I'm glad its re-opened and sure they are hard on checking ID, but so what? You wanna get stoned with 13yr olds? If ever in Rotterdam, go here.
