I've bought seeds from Growi in person with no problems but when I ordered online at the beginning of 2008, the seeds arrived crushed. Strangely, the outer packaging was undamaged, so they must have been crushed before packing and transit! But what really pissed me off was my nine unanswered emails and a telephone number that turned out to be a fax. I still haven't had any acknowledgement from them. As far as I'm concerned they just took my money and ran. I'll never buy from these jokers again.
