There's something quite not right here. Halstraat on the outside is dull. Inside is shabby and dingy and small but De Koffieshop stands like a colossus in the imagination because of the hugely positive atmosphere created by a small band of local customers.

Holds 75 people. 4 types of weed, 2 types of hash, some games, TV and they have few drinks, the one thing I love about this place is the owner, he is a cup winner and a runner up on different weeds, he has photographs in this nice and neat shop, the employees very kind, and very helpful. I would like to rate this a very high grade, but it's not huge in size, and is also a local shop. So please when you visit don't think it's going to be a huge place. It's clean, neat and very sharp in design, outside don't ever decides what the inside has to offer, skunk winner in 1999, prices 6 and 12. Power Plant is my favourite there.
