I bought seeds from the State of Mind, Utrecht to grow weed, but none of the seeds came out. I also had other seeds from a different place and were really good. When I went back to the shop owner treated me rude.

It's a well-organised smartshop, but do not buy the marihuana seeds, I spent E60,- but none of them started to grow.

State of Mind-Utrecht has a 2-level interior, filled with goodies, presents, herbs, smoking-necessities, seeds, books, paraphernalia and up-stairs is a small 'herb-museum', 'psycho-greenhouse' with cacti and plants, and every few months an exhibition giving 'new' Artists a change.
