Uncle Sam

Another Moroccan joint in town. Relatively big place with about thirty seats on two levels. Bit dark perhaps. Old Moroccan guy doesn't speak much English but tries his best to serve you and showing his merchandise which includes about seven offerings for hasj and wiet. Usually his Moroccan hash between 8-10€/g is worth a look and while not outstanding still solid quality. Never bought wiet here but people seem to go for that, too (what ever that means). If around worth a look.

In the last comment it says that there are 'hookers' in the Spijkerkwartier. Those hookers are gone since start of 2006. The shop could be nice, it has a TV and pool and so but they give little and they are not friendly at all. They do as they are friendly but they are not. One time I was standing like 15 minutes in the shop (alone) and the guy behind the bar was just cleaning cups. He didn't ask me what I wanted and he didn't say when he would be done. Also criminals and junkies hang at the shop. Definitely no go. I prefer in Arnhem the Amigo and Zero-Zero.

The Uncle Sam is a very nice shop, located near the Spijkerkwartier (hookers!) The Uncle Sam is the biggest shop in Arnhem, with real nice decoration. The atmosphere is real nice, and the staff is very friendly. In this shop you can watch TV on several TV's, play pool, play tablesoccer and you can really layback, like you suppose to with a big joint :D The weed is very nice, you don't get very much as at the Speak Easy. But the quality is damn good!
