The Plug Amersfoort

This is indeed far out as Dim already mentioned so I highly advise anyone not to come by public transport! Luckily we're going by car and our driver is always sober. Much parking space outside. Anyways you enter to some sort of a basement when going downstairs. Right at the entrance there is already a counter to the left. Then there is a billard table and a bar further in the back where you can also purchase gear and drinks, too about fifteen bar stools. Also on the right side you find another separate room with about seventy seats, bit dingy though. General theme here is black/red and felt like a house of mirrors as well; in fact it reminded me of a mixture of stereotype Moroccan/Turkish cafes and a dodgy noiresque night club. Wonder what the place was like when they ever served alcohol, too? Menuwise they offered about twelve strains as OG Kush (11€/g), Bubble Gum (11€/g), Mexican Haze (12€/g), Sneeuwietje (10€/g), White Widow (9€/g), Jack Herer (9€/g)and hilariously named Mossad (10€/g), Gruis (7€/g), Shiva (9€/g), Cheese (12€/g)and Amnesia Haze (12€/g). On the hash menu they had Ice (15€/g), Klavertje (9€/g), Polm (7€/g) and one cheap Afghan. Stuff looked ok enough but only remember vaguely what I got; must have been indeed their Amnesia on recommendation which was nice enough. Wouldn't go out of my way for returning here but ok enough shop and people were friendly, too.

Still going strong. Bought some nice Afghan hash there.

Very relaxing coffeeshop, good quality, friendly lady, far away from the city center, difficult to find!
