De Professor

Heard of this place ages ago and it was even closed last year for having too much gear on the premises but now I finally made it here. Proper old school place with no fancy interior but well looked after and clean by the nice enough guy running the joint as enjoying them constantly himself and sharing them. As previous poster pointed out there is indeed always techno music playing but at decent volume and not trashy at all in fact. Here there is classic '5 halen 4 betalen' too on which is at least the only discount at coffeeshops l let them get away with when you get five grams and only pay for four, although I never buy 5gs as variation is spice of life and all that; however this offer goes for hashish but weedwise you unfortunately pay for 4,5g, both offers inlcude free papers and tips, too. He advised me on his Moroccan Super Prof (10,5€/g) and Top Prof (11€/g) which were fine. Former one for classic Moroccan taste and latter one for foreign genetics; even though supposedly from Amnesia which in both cases hash- or weedwise I'm really sick of I nonetheless have to say this one really packed a punch and indeed a top smoke all in all among the qualities to be had off that lineage nationwide since a good while. The other items on the menu for hashish were: sadly Afghan (7,5€/g) and Polm (7,5€/g). Weedwise: Gruis (5,5€/g), Outdoor (6,5€/g), PowerPlant (8€/g), White Widow at steep 10€/g, Amnesia (11€/g), Silver Haze (13€/g) and Cheese (14€/g). Think we tried Amnesia and Cheese which were both to the standards of today's so called high grade again and nice enough but not pricewise. Worth attending a lecture there me thinks as favourite place in town so recommended!

I really like this shop. I'm a discerning customer and this is the only one I visit in Hilversum because the people are very nice and there is always club/techno music. They have a separate smoking area for cigarettes because you're not allowed to smoke cigarettes where you smoke the weed. They have a huge list of weed and hash and the prices are fair, you pay for what you really want. The staff is very nice and you're always welcome, it gives a feeling like you are in your own house. They have 2 flatscreens for TV. It's kinda small but the new Professor Lounge will be opened soon in Hilversum where you can smoke weed but not buy.

Their service is great, kind people, it's never too crowded and they've got a fair selection of weed and hash. Their "Professor" hash is awesome at 8 eu/gram.
